Coaching athletes of all skill levels to become successful triathletes and runners. Working with beginners to their first triathlon or marathon up to Kona World Championship and Boston qualifiers.
I am a full-time coach residing in the SE United States and coach athletes as far as the UK and Europe. I have been coaching for over 17 years and racing multisport over 23 years. I am a Master Level coach with BEST (Bolton Endurance Sports Training). Coached athletes include everyone from beginners to elites, Age Group National Championship qualifiers to World Championship top 10 finishers, first time IM finishers to Kona qualifiers.

SERVICES
As an athlete centric coach I focus on creating customized plans based on the athlete’s goals, schedule, available time to train and abilities. My typical athlete falls into or across two profiles: 1) Athletes who are time constrained and most often have a family with a busy career; and 2) Older athletes who are looking for a coach who understands the needs and demands of an older competitive athlete especially with respect to fatigue and injuries. In addition to working triathletes and runners around the world I teach run and swim biomechanics locally and at camps. I am available for camps and clinics. Past IRONMAN training camps and clinics include Lake Placid, Chattanooga, North Alabama and Florida.
BACKGROUND
Through smart and consistent training, I have podiumed at all distances through 70.3, and been a nationally ranked All American and honorable mention All American on several occasions. Additional achievements include AG National Champion in Sprint Triathlon and Long Course Duathlon in 2015.
Other interests include walking with others through spiritual direction and working with the SE Interspiritual Sanctuary.
